Clare Harding, Brand Director for On The Tools, has been announced as a judge for the National Federation of Builders’ Top 100 Influential Women in Construction Awards, set to take place on 27 October 2022 in Manchester.

Clare Harding, Brand Director for On The Tools, has been announced as a judge for the National Federation of Builders’ Top 100 Influential Women in Construction Awards, set to take place on 27 October 2022 in Manchester.

Clare will be joining a panel of judges to celebrate and shine a light on those working to support Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Equity across the construction industry.

On The Tools Brand Director, Clare Harding, said:

I am privileged to have been asked to judge the National Federation of Builders (NFB) Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction Awards. As part of my role for On The Tools I aim to find as many ways as possible to celebrate and encourage talented women into the industry. I look forward to judging all the amazing entries.

Tradespeople from across the industry can be nominated by the public in 14 different categories, which include regional heroes, client influencers, designer influencers, contractor influencers, allies, and the ‘one to watch’ award.

After the nominations close on the 3rd June 2022 at 5 pm, the selected winners will be announced during an exclusive event in Manchester on 27 October 2022.

Clare was invited to participate in the Top 100 Influential Women in Construction awards as a judge months after she directed the publication of the Women On The Tools White Paper: a report about women in the construction industry in March 2022.
